Trying to read place name in moving out record

I have been tracking Inga Maria Johansdotter (Svensson) born 18 Feb 1863, and her daughter, Vendla Maria, born 28 Aug 1891.  This is the last record I could find, but I can't read where they moved to in 1906.

[/size]Also, it looks like Vendla Maria now has a last name of Nilsdotter.  Her mother was unmarried at the time of her birth, so would this be a confirmation of the father's name?

I think it says 'Älvsborgs l(än) Starrkärr'. Starrkärr parish is some 25 km NE of Göteborg.
Her name Nilsdotter is at least a good hint to the fathers name.
