My eighth great-great-grandfather, Anders Lannerdal, born 1675, in Ätvidaberg, Ätvid, Östergotlands, married 11 January 1721, had a son Erik Johannson Lannerdahl born 21 August 1697. I am looking for information about Anders Lannerdal's wife (1675), name, date of birth and place, date of death and place. On Myheritage there is some information.

There has to be an error here. A person married 1721 having a son born 1697!
Debe ser un error aqui. Un hombre casado 1721 que tenga un hijo nacido 1697 ?!

Dear Karl, your observation is interesting. There may be an error in my research, yes. The son Erik was born when his father was 22 years old, (1697-1675), which is possible. He may have been born before they were married. I believe the marriage date is wrong, or the marriage was concluded later when Anders was 46 years old. (1721-1675). I am not a genealogist, I am just curious about my roots. Sorry for my English, I use translator. Thank you.

Also, if that son had Johansson for last name, his father must have been called Johan or Johannes. Someone called Anders would have children with Andersson as last name. So Erik Johansson is clearly not the son of Anders Lannerdal.

Kalle, now my head is in a knot, I hadn't realized that. So: Erik Johannsson Lannerdal - born in 1697, married to Kierstin Andersdotter Lannerdal, who had 3 children: Johan-1724, Lars-1728, and Par(Petter) Lannerdal- 1730, according to my research, whose son was he?

The father of Erik Johansson Lannerdal would be called Johan xxx-son Lannerdal, if he also used the name Lannerdal. Someone was the first to use that family name and we don't know when it started.
