Hello Vivian!
This is what I found about Lars Victor Bloomquist (Johansson):
First I found Lars Victor Bloomquist born March 22, 1858 in Eriksberg
parish, Älvsborg county listed as a member of three different
Swedish-American congragations in the USA. He was a member of Saron Lutheran
Church in Callender, IA (Source: Microfilm SAKA 511, page 27), Grace
Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge, IA (Source: Microfilm SAKA 499:1, page 19)
and Emanuel Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN (Source: SAKA 137, page 55).
The Swenson Center in Rock Island, IL have those SAKA microfilms.
Then I searched the book Emigrants from Eriksberg 1952-1930 by the
Historical Society of Eriksberg. There I found the family of Lars Victor
Bloomquist. None of them used the Bloomquist name in Sweden.
Johannes Svensson born 1820 in Eriksberg parish
w.Eva Sara Johansdotter born Feb. 8, 1819 in Eriksberg parish
s.Sanfrid Johansson born Feb. 23, 1855 in Eriksberg parish
s.Lars Viktor Johansson born March 21, 1858 in Eriksberg parish
d.Anna Kristina Johansdotter born March 22, 1860 in Eriksberg parish
s.Herman Johansson born April 7, 1866 in Eriksberg parish
This family lived at the tenant farm Stora Borråsen in Eriksberg parish,
Älvsborg county, province of Västergötland. There was probably one more
child, Johan, but he is not listed in the book.
Sanfrid Johansson left for America on April 2, 1880. Lars Viktor and Anna
Kristina left for America on May 30, 1881, Herman left for America on Sept.
26, 1883. Johannes and Eva Sara left for America on May 27, 1884.

I also found most of the family members listed in the Swedish
passengerslists:
L.W. Johanson, 23 years old, left for America from the port of Göteborg on
April 15; 1881, with his brother Johan 19 years old. They are listed as
coming from Eriksberg parish, Älvsborg county and they had tickets for New
York. Source code: 17:260:10576. On the same ship was also Anna C. Johanson,
21 years old, gofin from Eriksberg to Rockford. Source code: 17:272b:19661.
Sanfrid Johanson, 25 years old, left from the port of Göteborg on April 16,
1880. He came from Eriksberg and he had a ticket for Chicago. Source code:
14:445:8248.
Johannes Svensson, 60 years old, and Eva Sara Johansdotter, 59 years old,
left for America from the port of Göteborg on May 30, 1884. They both are
listed as coming from Eriksberg parish but Johannes had a ticket for Gowrie
and Eva Sara had a ticket for Rockford. Source codes: 24:603:1291 and
24:595:4269
I also found Eva Sara Blomqvist born 1819 in Eriksberg listed as a member of
Zion Lutheran Church in Rockford, Il (SAKA 255:4, page 202), Sanfrid
Blomquist born 1855 in Eriksberg listed as a member of Emanuel Lutheran
Church in Burnside, Iowa (SAKA 501, page 3) and Herman Johannes Blomqvist
born 1866 in Eriksberg as a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL
(SAKA: 255:4, page 24)
Best wishes
Anna-Lena Hultman
