Johannes Robert CARLSON, born 7 Jan 1888, Holmsja, Husgohl, Sweden (according to declaration of intention to become U. S. citizen), died 6 Jul 1952, Proctor, Minnesota, USA. He came to the U. S. 24 Sept 1909 on the Lusitania, which sailed from Liverpool.

I would like some help translating this document. I think I understand the gist of it, but I would like a literal translation.
Also, I would like any information about Johannes CARLSON's family, including his parents and siblings. He did not disclose much about his family, but my mother said she thought he had at least one sister. It appears that he came to the U. S. alone, and that the rest of his family stayed in Sweden. He was age 24 when he left Sweden. He was my grandfather.
Thank you for any help.
