Hulda Carolina Carlsson

Born March 10, 1879, at Blasupp, Svarteborg Parish, Bohus lan and married in the USA October 1, 1903. I have been unable to locate a record of her entry into the US or a record that she left the port of Goteborg. Svarteborg is not too far from Oslo.
 
Her father was Carl Lorentz Petterson and mother Hedda Olausdotter. The mother is from Kville parish. She always used the name Carlsson although I have also searched under Carlsdotter.

Hello Helen,
Hedda Olausdotter where my grandfathers aunt. She died young only 35 years old in 1882, when Hulda Carolina where 4 years old. Hulda Carolinas father died 1893, 82 years old. Hulda Carolina stayed at Blåsupp as a fosterchild until 1896 when she went to Ahlnäs in Kville parish and worked as a maid for Carl Ernst owner of Ahlnäs. In a croft belonging to Ahlnäs lived my grandfathers father Carl Olausson, uncle to Hulda Carolina, and my grandfather Olof Carlsson. Hulda Carolina had 3 siblings, Hilda Emilia, Herman and Karl Johan. All died very young, 1 - 4 yeras old. I don't know so very much more about Hulda Carolina. Her grandfather was my grandfathers grandfather Olaus Carlsson who lived in Norrgrind and Dryp (croft) in Kville parish, but not far from Blåsupp, only 5-6 km away. Olaus Carlsson (1810-1885) was married to Johanna Amundsdotter (1806-1860). Unfortunately the Church books of Kville parish burned in 1904 so I can't find so much information. Se row 19 and 24 on appendix page 1. Page 5 shows my grandfather and his father. My grandfather was 8 years in Amerika in Massachusetts and Montana.
 It would be interesting to knew more about Hulda Carolina.
