Hi! I'm looking for descendants of these persons:
Oscar Gustaf Adolf Sjölin
Emma Emerentia Sjölin/Otten
Elsa Katarina Sjölin/Dorff
Nils Gösta Sjölin
Ernst Fritiof Sjölin
 
 
Oscar was born 3/10 1883 in Copenhagen, Denmark and lived in New York in 1929.
Emma was born 15/9 1893 in Malmö, Sweden. She lived in Minnesota in 1929 (emigrated abt 1911) and was married to B. Otten. Emma probably died 14/3 1988 in Minnesota.
Elsa was born 15/9 1895 in Malmö. She lived in New York in 1929 (emigrated to England 1911) and was married to J. Dorff.
Nils was born 9/10 1897 in Malmö. He immigrated to North America in 1913 and lived in New York in 1929.
Ernst was born 30/5 1901 in Malmö. He immigrated to North America in 1912 and lived in New York in 1929.
 
I'm also looking for information about their mother Catarina Maximiliana Sjölin, born as Berling, 13/11 1859 perhaps in Tune, Ostfold, Norway. She moved from Malmö to North America in 1912.

According to the census 1920 for New York, Catarina and her children all lived in Brooklyn, and they used Olin as their family name.

Interresting! When thir uncle die in 1928 they were all called Sjölin exept Oscar who is called Olin. I thought that was a misstake. When their father die in 1929 they are all called Sjölin.
