A landsförsamling is a rural parish (as opposed to a stadsförsamling, which is a town parish.)
Piteå is in the county of Norbotten.
When you check the records in the Family History Library Catalog (or on Genline, if you are lucky enough to have those records already scanned there.), you will notice that there is a Piteå Landsförsamling (Piteå Lands, for short) and a Piteå Stadsförsamling (Piteå Stads, for short.)
