Ken, how do you want to continue, make the research yourself asking questions here when you need help, or just get some more details from us? Already in the first picture above there is additional information, such as that the marriage was on Dec 2 1888, but all such information should be verified in the source, in this case the marriage record. On the bottom of the page (not shown in my picture) is a Lars Wilhelm Ögren, born 1834-05-10, probably Per Gustaf Svante's grandfather, but the birth records will show if it is actually correct.
If the information you gave at first are known facts, it's no doubt that this is the right person (what was the first name he used in US?), but if you only knew a limited part of it, such as "Svante Ogren born 1907 in Sweden", then there might be other possible persons. Anders Wiklund's daughter would be named Maria Kristina Andersdotter (not Andersson) and she could take her fathers name (or not) and that will be clear when you follow the records.
Around 1900 Bergsbyn itself had around 1000-1200 inhabitants, and strangely enough it is not up in the mountains, no, it is downstrem Skellefteälven (the river) halfway to the Baltic Sea.
Do you know the names of the persons in the picture and is the house their home in Bergsbyn?
